Basic (free) pet owners earn different rewards since they don't have a paid subscription:

How Rewards Are Applied
- • Rewards are automatically applied to your next invoice via Stripe
- • Each reward applies once (one billing cycle)
- • Unclaimed rewards expire after 60 days
- • Multiple rewards can be stacked across billing periods
Important Details
- • Referral counters reset at the start of each month
- • A referral is "qualified" when the user verifies their email
- • You can track your progress in the Referrals dashboard
- • Available on all plans (Free, Pro, and Premium)
Common Billing Issues
Payment Failed or Declined
If your payment fails, we'll attempt to charge your card again.
- • Check card expiration date and security code
- • Ensure sufficient funds are available
- • Contact your bank about potential blocks
- • Update payment method in billing settings
Don't recognize a charge
All PetNect charges appear as "PetNect" or "Stripe" on statements.
- • Check your email for payment confirmations
- • Review billing history in your account
- • Consider if other family members made purchases
- • Contact support if you still don't recognize it
Need to update payment information
You can update payment methods anytime in billing settings.
- • Go to Account → Billing settings
- • Add new payment method
- • Set as primary payment method
- • Remove old payment methods if needed
