Two types of services with different refund policies

PetNect offers two types of paid services, each with different refund policies:

Subscription Plans

Monthly recurring charges for platform access

Service Bookings

One-time payments for professional pet care services

2. Subscription Refund Policy

For Basic, Pro, and Premium subscription plans

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

All subscription plans (Basic, Pro, and Premium) are billed monthly. Our subscription refund policy is:

No refunds for partial months: We do not provide refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
Cancel anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time
Access until period end: You retain access through the end of your current billing period
No recurring charges: You will not be charged again after cancellation

2.2 Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. 1 Log into your PetNect account
  2. 2 Go to Account Settings > Billing
  3. 3 Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. 4 Confirm cancellation
