Personal Information

  • Name: Your display name shown to professionals
  • Email: Primary contact and login email
  • Phone: Contact number for booking communications
  • Address: Used for finding nearby professionals
  • Timezone: Ensures accurate appointment scheduling

How to Update

  1. 1 Go to your Account Settings from the sidebar
  2. 2 Edit any field you want to change
  3. 3 Click "Save Changes" to update your profile

Email verification ensures account security and enables important communications.

Troubleshooting Verification

  • • Check spam/junk folder for verification email
  • • Add support@petnect.com to your contacts
  • • Request a new verification email from settings

Password Management

Changing Your Password

  1. 1. Go to Account Settings → Security
  2. 2. Click "Change Password"
  3. 3. Enter your current password
  4. 4. Create a new strong password
  5. 5. Confirm your new password
  6. 6. Click "Update Password"

Password Requirements

  • • At least 8 characters long
  • • Mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
  • • At least one number
  • • At least one special character
  • • Not the same as your email
  • • Different from previous passwords

Forgot Your Password?

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password securely.

Account Deletion

Delete Your Account

Permanently delete your PetNect account and all associated data.

What gets deleted:

  • • Your profile and personal information
  • • All pet profiles and health records
  • • Booking history and messages
  • • Saved payment methods
  • • Subscription and billing information

What we keep (legally required):

  • • Financial transaction records (7 years)
  • • Tax reporting information
  • • Fraud prevention data

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Consider canceling your subscription first if you're not sure. You can always deactivate your account temporarily instead.
