These terms govern all service bookings made through PetNect. Please read carefully before booking services.

1. Booking Overview

Understanding the PetNect marketplace

PetNect ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our") provides a marketplace connecting pet owners ("Clients," "you," or "your") with professional service providers ("Professionals"). These Booking Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all bookings made through the Platform.

2. Making a Booking

What you need to provide

Required Information

Pet Information: Name, breed, age, size, medical conditions
Service Details: Type, date, time, and location
Health Records: Vaccination records if required
Emergency Contact: Available during service

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds based on timing

More than 48 hours before service

Full refund (100%) • No cancellation fee

24-48 hours before service

50% refund • 50% cancellation fee retained

Less than 24 hours before service

No refund • Full payment retained as cancellation fee

4. Payment Terms

Secure processing

• Prices set by professionals

• Payment held until service completion

• Released 24 hours after completion

• Processing fees apply

5. Service Delivery

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate access instructions

• Ensure pet is available at scheduled time

• Disclose all health and behavioral concerns

• Be available for emergency contact
