  • Do not post harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Bookings & Payments

PetNect facilitates connections between owners and professionals. Unless otherwise specified, any payments, rates, and services are agreed between the parties. Additional terms may apply for payment integrations.

Messaging

Messaging is provided for coordination related to bookings. You agree not to send spam, abusive, or unlawful content.

Content

  • You retain rights to content you submit, but grant us a license to host and display it to provide the service.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE CONDUCT OF USERS OR THE OUTCOME OF BOOKINGS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold PetNect harmless from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
