Important: All service agreements are between you and the professional. PetNect is not a party to these agreements and is not liable for any issues arising from services.
2. Pet Owner Responsibilities
Your obligations as a pet owner

- • Supply necessary medications
Liability
- • You are liable for your pet's actions

By using our services, you authorize professionals to seek emergency veterinary care for your pet if:
- • Your pet faces immediate health danger
- • You cannot be reached for authorization
- • Delay would cause harm to your pet
You are responsible for all emergency veterinary costs incurred on behalf of your pet.

Professionals are required to maintain insurance, but you should verify coverage meets your needs. Insurance claims are between you and the professional.
5. Limitation of Liability

PetNect's total liability is limited to the amount you've paid to us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
