This agreement governs the relationship between professional service providers and PetNect. By registering as a professional, you agree to these terms.
1. Independent Contractor Status
Your relationship with PetNect
You Are an Independent Contractor
You are NOT an employee, agent, or partner of PetNect. This means:
- • You control how you provide services
- • You are responsible for your own taxes
- • You are not entitled to employee benefits
- • You set your own rates and availability
2. Professional Requirements
What you must provide and maintain
Required Documentation
- • Valid government-issued ID
- • Professional licenses (if applicable)
- • Certifications and training records
- • Insurance certificates
- • Background check clearance
Insurance Requirements
- • General liability insurance
- • Professional liability coverage
- • Minimum $1M coverage recommended
- • Keep coverage current at all times

4. Service Standards
Expected quality
• Provide services professionally and safely

5. Termination
Account suspension
PetNect may suspend or terminate your account for policy violations, poor service quality, or fraudulent activity. You may also terminate your account at any time.
By registering as a professional on PetNect, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Professional Services Agreement.
